Cipollini Onions are a flat shaped, interesting-looking, semi-sweet white onion. Cipollinis have a semi-sweet taste and a nice mild flavor. The sweetness is somewhat less than shallots. Similar to red onion and vidalia but a little milder. Cipollini onions are small (1 to 3 inches wide) with a flat, squat-looking shape. The disk-like shape make them great for roasting or grilling. Cipollini onions slice easily and can be used as pizza toppings and on salads. Unlike most other onions cipollini onions do not easily fall apart when sliced. Our peeled cipollini come in a clear 4x5lb. case.

Our pearl onions come in three colors, red, white and gold. All of these have a mild flavor and crisp texture. The pearl onion is traditionally 3/4 to 1-1/4 inches wide. Pearl onions are a staple of Northern Europe, especially Sweden. Most common uses include creamed and pickled. Fresh peeled red/white/gold are available in 4x5lb. Jars per case.

The variety of arugula used for our Baby Arugula is the true Italian wild rocket. There are different types of arugula and we've found that the wild rocket variety that is used in Europe has the best shelf life as well as the best color and taste. This was discovered by many years of trials with different seed suppliers. We continue to research; always looking for better varieties to increase the quality for our customers. Available packed fresh in a 3lb box.

Our triple-washed baby spinach is triple washed and packed, making sure all leaves are clean and fresh. Leaves are soft and tender in texture. Our baby spinach is so clean and mild in flavor that the leaves and stems can be eaten raw. Eating baby spinach raw is the best way to maximize its nutritional value. Spinach is packed with antioxidants along with vitamins A, B and C. No matter how is prepared - cooked or raw, spinach is high in fiber. Our triple-washed baby spinach is packed in a 3lb box
